We are looking for a Plumber who will be responsible for servicing, installing, maintaining, and upgrading residential plumbing equipment such as R/O systems, tankless water heaters, tanked water heaters, whole home water filtration, water conditioners/softeners, steam humidifiers, and more.

 

This is a full-time, field position working primarily in customer’s homes.

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

  • 2+ year plumbing experience preferred (installing and repairing water heaters, tankless water softeners, steam humidifiers, etc.)
  • Customer service and technical aptitude
  • Provide honest, high-quality customer experiences to earn customer referrals and promote future growth
  • Ability to communicate effectively, negotiate and deal with conflict resolution issues
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with ServiceTitan software a plus, but not required
  • Ability to reliably commute to our Ogden location

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • Maintain, diagnose, and repair of residential and water treatment equipment
  • Identify additional revenue opportunities as they relate to customer needs
  • Occasionally assist install technicians, and or install reverse osmosis systems
  • Maintain good working order of company vehicle, refueling, as necessary Vehicles should be washed and organized weekly
  • Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment on the vehicle
  • Document installed equipment and photos in ServiceTitan software
  • Identify and proactively respond to potential opportunities for additional business
  • Understand company pricing and generate appropriate customer invoices and other paperwork at the job site
  • Electronically process credit card transactions
  • Obtain customer signatures before beginning work, and at the completion of the job
  • Participate in company-provided training opportunities
